1. How does the unlimited laundry service subscription work?

Whether you’re a new customer or an existing customer, you’re eligible to sign up for the unlimited laundry service subscription if you are a resident at The Grove Apartments on Menchaca. This partnership is an exclusive partnership only available to residents at The Grove Apartments on Menchaca and is in conjunction with management and leasing office approval.

First, you will download The Folde’s app and create an account. From the main menu, navigate to the subscription page. If you want to turn on the monthly subscription, toggle the subscription plan on.

After turning your subscription on, you can schedule a dirty laundry pickup whenever fits your schedule. Order whenever it is convenient for you and order as often as you’d like – it doesn’t change the price! All pickups and deliveries are door-to-door service direct to your apartment. Delivery times vary based on the laundry services you need: The options here are 1) wash & fold laundry service and 2) dry cleaning service, or 3) both. While the turnaround times vary, all of these are covered in the price of your monthly subscription.

The Folde laundry and dry cleaning bags will be brought to you with your first scheduled pickup. If you’ll be present for pickup, you can stuff them full before handing over to the driver. If you won’t be present for pickup, you can leave the clothes in any other laundry bags or hampers; we will return these with your order and your The Folde laundry bags for filling at your convenience next time. If you need more bags or replacement bags, just ask!

2. Are there limitations or contract commitments?

Nope! There are no limitations or contract commitments for the unlimited laundry service subscription. The subscription can be turned on and off at any time. And, unlimited really means unlimited.

3. How much does the unlimited laundry service subscription cost?

The subscription costs $129 per month. This is billed monthly from the day the subscription is started. With our average order totals for The Grove residents averaging $65/per order, the subscription pays for itself after the second order.
