As a small business (turning 5 years old in 3 months!), we know how it feels to get these emails. And, if you’re like us, you’ve been getting a lot of them lately. It’s a strange time we’re in now – no doubt.
In the last 6 months, we’ve seen increasing costs for our inputs – including supplies, utilities, vehicles, and staffing. This has impacted the cost of providing both the laundry service and the delivery service.
This is a notice that there will be an increase of $5 per bag that will take effect on 11/19/21. This applies to all delivery orders. This change does not impact the price of the new Delicates Bag which is rolling out now! You can see all the updated pricing in one place here.
If you are a business account, you will see an increase as well. Business accounts are on our discounted business pricing plan – which includes free delivery ($6) and free preferences (bleach, softener, etc.). While base prices are going up, delivery ($6) and preferences will remain free. And, your Business Laundry Account will still be on a discounted pricing plan compared to our Residential Laundry Customers.
